I’ve never pulled out a chunk, but just a strand or two is ouchie enough.
…. And that’s why I always gather my hair over the shoulder on the opposite side then the door… Learned that when I got a few strands of hair caught in the door.
Fortunately I never had to learn this the hard way. But then I usually have my hair up in a boring bun anyway. It’s a pain to wear it down too much.

Even worse. do it with 45lbs of blueprints on one shoulder. and try to get to the pocket with the key without dropping said plans.
