Good idea: Giving a gold star for people who clean the kitchen on their assigned day at the office. Sort of good idea: Offering a reward (ie a pie) to anyone who get X gold stars Unexpected consequence: There is now an economy for gold stars based on a select few fighting or bargaining for the chance to clean the kitchen, adding weird new dimensions to the office politics. #LFMF
