Good Idea: Calling your bank's tech support when you have a problem with online banking. Bad Idea: Calling the wrong number and getting a shady, possibly illegal, tech support company. Worse Idea: Give them your bank information thinking you are still talking to Bank Worst Idea: Calling the complaints department about poor customer service only to later have to call back and retract statement and request cancellation of credit cards and holds on all current charges. #LFMF
